All goods are shipped from international and domestic ports. The shipping carriers depends on your location. You will receive a tracking number from us in 2 days in which you can go to the shipping carriers website and track the package.

If your package is held up at customs we will attempt to get it released in case stuck, if not we will resend your order. All packages must be signed by your name, its an important confirmation. In some instances not all custom charges would be applied to your package. Buyer is responsible for all custom charge( duty and tax) it will totally cost you not much.

We do not offer COD, we do not except personal checks unless they are certified by your bank. The shipment will be sent only after full payment. For any orders the tracking numbers will be given to buyers for check up on the status of your order.
